Backtagging: Definitely! I always do this all the time.
Threadhopping: Totally fine with it.
Fourthwalling: While Ciel is not a famous character from history, a few fans from Japan would easily be able to recognize the series he's from. It's okay by me if your character has access to the manga.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Insults on his height, attitude, or power will definitely reward you with a slap in the face, a childish stomp on the foot, or a kick to the knee. It's just how he is. But anything else he might not care for. It all depends on the person.

Hugging this character: Have permission, but he won't like it.
Kissing this character: Will freak out but go right ahead~
Flirting with this character: Do it all you want, but he won't flirt back, nor think anything of it. He gets a lot of attention for his looks and usually ignores it.
Fighting with this character: Verbally is fine. Physically, I'm sure you'll get into them. He always seems too.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): How bad? Go as far as you want, this kid has been through hell and back. He is without his butler, so he's an easy target to injure. Be warned injure him and gain an enemy for life.
Killing this character: With the exception that he'll be revived, you have full on permission to kill. c:
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yep~It'd be so interesting getting into his mind. He thinks 100% differently than what he portrays.
